Our farm produces multiple micro and nano-lots each year, with all the growing and processing work done by hand. We are committed to sustainability, aligning our practices with the natural environment. To preserve the beans' unique characteristics, we use natural or dry processing and honey processing methods. These techniques enhance the beans' fruit-forward flavors, pronounced sweetness, and complexity.

Our Arabica green coffee beans are available in 0.5 and 1.0 kg bags, freshly harvested and perfect for home roasting. While we recommend a light or medium roast, we encourage you to explore and find the roast that best suits your taste. Whether you're a seasoned roaster or just starting out, our raw coffee beans will let you craft a cup that's truly your own.
