After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, please return the goods to the above address within 30 days. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or returns that do not comply with our General Terms and Conditions. If a return is sent at our expense, the customer is required to reimburse the return shipping costs according to the current price list of the Slovenian Post.
Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and remain undamaged, unused, and in the same quantity as delivered. Exceptions apply if the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or reduced in quantity due to circumstances beyond the customer's control.
